2010 Membership

Dear Fellow Mailer,

Thank you for your continued membership in the Central Virginia Customer Council – CVPCC!  For many years, the CVPCC has been assisting businesses such as yours with their mailing concerns and keeping you up-to-date about postal-related changes.  The CVPCC is comprised of business customers and postal managers from all over the Central Virginia area.  Together, we meet to exchange ideas and discuss mailing concerns and postal issues that directly affect you and your business.

Your CVPCC membership entitles you to:

·         Speak directly with local USPS representatives

·         Network with other local businesses in the mailing industry

·         Receive tips and training on how to expedite your mailings

·         Hear community speakers share their expertise and case histories

·         Share your individual mail successes or concerns

Your CVPCC membership entitles you to participate in functions such as:

·         Educational USPS Workshops and Training Seminars

·         Spring Breakfast and Holiday Luncheon

·         Golf Tournament

·         National PCC Day (Save the date: September 15, 2010)

·         Quarterly CVPCC newsletter

As a non-profit organization, the CVPCC depends on our members’ support to continue offering the mailing community incredibly low-priced educational opportunities. Contributing members are recognized at our events,  The levels of corporate contributions are:

Platinum -- $200           Free meals for 2 company employees at our annual activities: Spring Breakfast, National PCC Day, and Winter Holiday functions.

Premier -- $125             Free meals for 1 company employee at the above PCC events.

General -- $ 50                  Free meal for 1 company employee at our National PCC Day function.
